We went through a lot of details and background history. I am wanting to conquer my fear of driving on the motorways. … Just wanted to post with an update, since seeing Clare I have driven on the motorway on 2 seperate occasions both went well, today I actually enjoyed it – had a little wobble at the beginning but I used my anchor point given to me in the session and I overcame it. After that it all went well and I’m looking forward to trying out some more journeys that I’m going to try out in the very near future. Thank you so much Clare I’m getting my independence back again X
I’ve not responded well to hypnotherapy in the past but I recently had a session with Clare that I found very relaxing, enlightening and helpful. I reached out to Clare for help with barriers to accepting abundance in my life and she also helped me to mentally prepare for an important pitch that I was doing. Clare is very meticulous in her pre-prep and the session was delivered via Skype which made it flexible and possible for me to be relaxed in my own home. I thoroughly enjoyed the session and would definitely recommend Clare.

Just finished my first hypnotherapy session with Clare and found it very relaxing and an enjoyable experience. Clare worked with me on my desire to lose weight and to eat more healthily. Although it is too soon to judge success on this score she was very good at the relaxation and was extremely thorough in taking a background history and finding out my issues and what we should work on. I very much look forward to seeing the outcome of the hypnosis and would definitely recommend her…
Erica KI had my first appointment today to see how hypnotherapy could help me with weight loss. We discussed eating habits, how these form, and the process of teaching the subconscious mind better habits to undo my tendency to graze mindlessly.
We settled on developing better awareness of when I feel full, I got comfy and Clare began the treatment section.
They hypnotherapy left me feeling relaxed and totally positive!
This evening my partner and I went out for dinner. Literally two mouthfuls into the main course and I realised that I didn’t need to eat the rest. I felt full. I didn’t feel that I had to clear my plate as I had been exhorted to while growing up. It was utterly marvellous! I feel that my relationship with food has changed, and I feel in control of it.

Having just had a total hip replacement and being in a lot of pain I decided to ask Claire for some help. I have to admit I was rather sceptical about this but am glad to say how wrong I was. Not only did the treatment work on the pain but also gave me the confidence to push myself with the exercises I was given by the hospital. I have been able to cut the amount of painkillers I take and feel more confident. I will continue to use the routine Claire gave me as i also found it very relaxing. I will certainly recommend Claire to my friends and family. Thank you Claire for your help and understanding of my current predicament.
Sheelagh GI must admit, I was skeptical about hypnotherapy before I visited Clare, however, being a smoker on and off, but mainly on, for of 30 years I was willing to give anything a try. And I’m so glad I did! It’s now 10 months after my single session with Clare, and I have not had a single cigarette nor e-cigarette!
It wasn’t the case of simply walking out a non-smoker, and you certainly need to want to give up, but whatever it was Clare did supplemented my will power and gave me the tools and techniques to conquer the cravings.
The whole experience was excellent. Clare is likable and really puts you at ease. This I believe was invaluable in the success of my session, as I did have an open mind, but really knew nothing about the subject. Clare really knows her stuff, and was able to answer all the questions I had, and more.
I don’t usually leave any feedback on websites, but I had to make an exception in this case… It really has been that life changing!

Alison RHad my first ever hypnotherapy session last week with Clare as I have had flying related anxiety for a number of years. It will be a couple of weeks before I know for sure whether the hypnotherapy has worked however I would normally be feeling anxious already in the run up to our holiday which I don’t. I also keep thinking that I should be anxious by now but even that doesn’t make me worry about the upcoming flight. So far it’s looking like a very positive experience! Thanks Clare
